“This place has all the charm and history you could ask for! Beautiful rooms and views, fantastic breakfast buffet and excellent service. The only reason I gave it 4 stars on the room was that our mattresses were super thin, while other rooms had thicker mattresses. Definitely something to be aware of when booking, because you definitely should stay here!”

“I had the great experience of staying here with my group of American high school students during the Summer of 2025! I have traveled with students for more than 20 years and I can honestly say that this was the best accomodations we have ever had! The service was amazing, our meals were amazing and our rooms were amazing! It's location is a short drive into Firenze for a full day of adventure. From a refreshing glass of wine in the evening to the predawn walks down a peaceful country lane, this place is unforgettable and I hope to stay here on our next trip.”

“Nice for one night, with small swimming pool and restaurant. A bit away from everything. We were proposed the room inside the restaurant, so we would not have to carry up luggage. Room OK, but a bit dusty. Breakfast OK,with variety. No problem parking the bicycles in the inner courtyard.”

“Had a great stay at this hotel while on a tour. It was comfortable and unique in a very beautiful setting. The rooms were all different and our view was amazing. The A/C was a bit lacking but turned out okay for us. The staff was friendly and attended to our needs. We really enjoyed staying here.”

“Wow, what a beautiful hotel. Very authentic Tuscan feel and beds that are very comfy. Rooms are airconned. Staff are absolutely amazing, specifically the male who works breakfast and on the reception ( I didnt catch his name) but he gave us some amazing local castle reccomendations that were 100% worth it. Despite previous reviews of the noise from the restaurant, we stayed in room 8 above the restaurant and heard nothing from it. The only thing was that during our stay alot of children were at the hotel and were slamming doors very loudly, but this is hardly the hotel's fault. The only thing I didnt enjoy was leaving. The pool was magical, with tiny birds swooping down for water in the 38 degree heat. Overall a lovely stay, but i would reccomend a car if staying here as there isnt much in Burchio, however if you want a nice, relaxing holiday away from the main city it would 100% be a 5* on location.”
